DMCA and Copyright Policy
We respect the intellectual property of others and expect the same in return. If something published on this website infringes your copyright, this page tells you exactly how to have it removed and what happens after your notice arrives.
Our Position
How This Site Handles Copyright
This website publishes written guides about the Royal X Casino Android application. The text is written for this site, and images are used to illustrate the guides.
This website does not host, store, or distribute any application package file. Where a download is mentioned, the reader is sent to an external destination operated by a third party. We do not control what is stored there, and a request to remove a file from a third-party server has to be sent to whoever operates that server — we have no ability to delete it.
What we can act on is material published on this website itself: text, images, and any embedded content on our pages. If any of that infringes your rights, send us a notice and we will deal with it.
Filing a Notice
How to Send a Takedown Notice
Send your notice by email to [email protected] with 'Copyright Notice' or 'DMCA' in the subject line so it is not missed among general correspondence.
A notice sent in this form can be acted on quickly. A vague message — for example one that says content has been copied without saying which page or which original work — cannot be verified, and we will have to write back asking for the missing details before anything can happen.
Requirements
What a Valid Notice Must Contain
A physical or electronic signature of the copyright owner, or of a person authorised to act on the owner's behalf.
Identification of the copyrighted work you say has been infringed. If several works are covered by one notice, a representative list of those works is sufficient.
Identification of the material you say is infringing, with enough detail for us to find it — the full web address of the page on this site, and a description of the specific text or image at issue.
Contact details we can reply to, including an email address, and a postal address or telephone number if you are able to provide one.
A statement that you believe in good faith that the disputed use is not authorised by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.
A statement that the information in your notice is accurate and that, under penalty of perjury, you are the copyright owner or are authorised to act on the owner's behalf.
Process
What Happens After You Send a Notice
Your notice is read and reviewed as a priority. If it is complete and the claim is credible, the disputed material is removed or disabled promptly while the matter is examined, and you receive a confirmation by email.
Where a claim is unclear, we may ask you for clarification before acting, but we will not simply ignore it. Where material was published on this site in error, we would rather remove it than argue about it.
We keep a record of notices received and of the action taken on each, so that repeated problems can be identified and prevented.
Disputes
Counter-Notices and Misuse
If you believe your material was removed by mistake or misidentification, you may send a counter-notice to the same email address. It should identify the removed material and its location before removal, state under penalty of perjury that you believe in good faith it was removed as a result of a mistake or misidentification, and include your contact details.
A valid counter-notice will be reviewed, and the material may be restored where the objection is well founded.
Please file carefully. Deliberately submitting a false claim of infringement, or a false counter-notice, can carry legal consequences for the person who submits it. If you are not certain of your rights in the material, take legal advice before filing.
Also Note
Repeat Infringement and Third-Party Content
It is our policy to remove material that is the subject of a valid notice and, where relevant, to stop using a source that repeatedly supplies infringing material.
Adverts shown on this website are supplied by third-party advertising networks and are not selected page by page by us. A copyright complaint about the content of an advert should be sent to the advertising network responsible for it, although you are welcome to tell us as well so we can pass it on.
For anything else — corrections, privacy requests, or general questions — the contact page lists the same email address and explains what we can help with.
